Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your Zouk Live account and everything linked to it at any time, including when you signed in with Google or Facebook.

How to request deletion

1. Write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Zouk Live account".
2. Send it from the email address of your account, or tell us that address and your page handle (zouk.live/@your-handle) so we can find it.
3. We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, your public page, your photos and uploads, your messages, follows, votes, event plans and lesson bookings, and the link to your Google or Facebook login. Events, schools or venues you manage alone are deleted too; ones you share with others stay with the other managers.

Signed in with Facebook or Google?

You can also remove Zouk Live from your Facebook account under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, or from your Google account under Security → Third-party apps with account access. This stops the login link; to delete the data we hold, send the email above.
